This is the minimum security tier CNX will recommend for a business that is just getting started on security improvements and needs to start on a budget.
Managed firewall, Corporate and Guest Wi-Fi, End Point and Server Antivirus, Email protection (Anti-whaling, Antispam, Antivirus and MFA) Backup as a Service, OS and Application vulnerability scanning.
Cyber Security Standard
This is the minimum recommended level for SMB’s and what CNX advises for all clients.
It includes everything in the essentials tier plus the following; Advanced Threat Protection and Firewall Reporting, SOC (Security Operastion Center), TLS/SSL inspection on the firewall, Zero Day Protection, Corporate and Guest Wi-Fi IP separation, Phish Threat training, Antivirus Detection and Response, CNX Threat hunting.
Cyber Security Premium
This is the highest security tier offered by CNX.
It includes all the items from Essentials and Standard as well as the following; SOC (Security Operation Center), SIEM (Security Incident and Events Management), LAN Zone segmentation WPA 3 Enterprise Wi-Fi, Data Loss Prevention, CNX CyberSafe Advanced Threat Detection, System Security Hardening, 24x7 Managed Threat Response.
