That we will create and maintain a culture where we have a commitment to consistent, complete and updated documentation. This works both outwards for client documentation and inwards for CNX with accurate and timely recording of time, stock and administrative data.

That we will create and maintain a culture where people are encouraged to continue to learn and expand their knowledge and skills.
Standardisation
That we will create and maintain a culture where we agree to work to standards that are negotiated and then mandated in Build standards documentation & the Employee Handbook. This results in efficiencies for clients and makes it much easier to introduce new team members to CNX
Tidiness
That we will create and maintain a culture where we are all committed to putting away, cleaning up and keeping our various spaces clean and tidy. One of our primary motivations in this is consideration towards other team members
