CNX Quality Management System

The aim of the CNX Quality Management System (QMS) is to provide a framework to enable CNX to deliver (and to measure that it is delivering) a client focused, cost effective and highly competent IT service to business. Underpinning the system are the company’s core values and mission statement.

The QMS is based on common principles of ISO 9000, Total Quality Management (TQM) and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). It addresses Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement through a set of integrated components.

Maintain a process approach
We aim to improve our business by managing and improving the things we do that directly impact our ability to serve our clients.

Focus on the client
The goal of our QMS is to improve our systems so that we can meet and then exceed customer expectations consistently, providing a reliable, effective IT solution for our clients.

Provide quality leadership
Leadership at CNX is committed to creating an environment in which staff are fully involved in achieving our objective of providing a client focused, cost effective and highly competent IT service to business.

Involve staff
Weekly staff meetings provide a regular forum for discussing quality issues, plans for improvement, innovative ideas, workload issues, client sites, etc.

Improve continually
Continual improvement is integrated into everything we do.

Solve problems using facts and data
We use evidence to solve problems. We maintain accurate documentation and time logs.

Build mutually beneficial partnerships
We value our relationships with clients and suppliers and work hard to ensure that they are flourishing by communicating clearly, pooling resources and sharing ideas.

Do it right first time, every time
It’s just obvious, really! Re-work is costly, time consuming and embarrassing, so we use checklists, best practice and accurate documentation to make sure we do it right in the first place. Whatever “it” is.

Measure what is critical to clients and employees
We have Key Performance Indicators in place to assess the critical factors in our service delivery to clients and our administration of the business.

Nurture creativity and innovation
Ours is a constantly changing business. We maintain common standards, but keep them under review as new information and solutions become available. We encourage new thinking and innovative ideas.

Take responsibility for a sustainable future
We are on the way towards CarbonZero certification, with fuel efficient fleet vehicles, recycling and monitoring of our power and water usage.
